Mentors are individuals who:

  • Believe in the mentees’ potential to succeed

Who are the mentees?

Mentees are individuals who:

  • Have education, professional training and work experience gained outside Canada
  • Have worked in their profession for at least three years
  • Are unemployed or working in jobs unrelated to training
  • Highly fluent in English
  • Actively seeking work
