- Are willing to share their experience and knowledge
- Believe in the mentees’ potential to succeed
Who are the mentees?
Mentees are individuals who:
- Have education, professional training and work experience gained outside Canada
- Have worked in their profession for at least three years
- Are unemployed or working in jobs unrelated to training
- Highly fluent in English
- Actively seeking work
