Prepare to go to college or get a better job
Sheridan’s Academic Upgrading Program gives you the skills you need to enter a college program or improve your job prospects. It is recognized by all colleges in Ontario and is tailored to meet your specific educational needs. It’s a great way to pick up some courses you need to enter a Sheridan program or obtain your Grade 12 equivalency certificate. In addition to classroom study, the program is also available through Distance Education at the ACE level. Register through Continuing Education to take advantage of this option.
When you complete the four senior-level courses in Communications, Core Math plus two other senior-level subjects, you'll receive an ACE certificate (Grade 12 equivalency).
Financial assistance may be available for transportation and daycare expenses for those with low family incomes.
The Academic Upgrading Program is located at the Davis Campus in Brampton, Ontario and at the Skills Training Centre in Oakville, Ontario.
